AR is a weekly one hour, award winning, unembedded, independently produced radio program heard exclusively on Community Radio throughout Australia.

Alternative Radio Australia was established in 1997 and is an affiliate of Alternative Radio (US). Both AR (Aust) and AR (US) are committed to the principles of community broadcasting.

AR (Aust) offers both the full US catalogue and has many locally produced programs.
